The Regional Visual Director role is one with many facets. While at Kate Spade New York, the creation and execution of all visual aspects in my stores (25% of the US market) were within my purview. Interior and exterior displays, and incorporating the placement of all fixtures, mannequins, and product, are what set brands apart.

Storytelling, as a way to elevate the customer experience, can drive volume without saying a word.

From new store openings: creating magic from a blank construction site, to the renovation, relocation, or even rebranding of stores—I led teams through all details of visual merchandising. Guiding these teams in anywhere from 15 to 30 stores at a time, all while fostering partnerships with a multitude of corporate teams, created the well rounded skill set I hold today.
