The LOFT store, located in the heart of Times Square, is the flagship location for the brand. With the widest product assortment in the company, the offering ranged from loungewear of Lou & Grey, all the way to petites. Situated directly below the corporate offices of Ann, Inc. in Times Square Tower, we often hosted weekly walk throughs with the CEO and President.

For this high profile, big-box store, strategic partnerships with cross functional teams were a necessity. Together we ran company wide promotions, hosted focus groups, and even launched television events.

Developing these open lines of communication between the marketing, buying, and visual teams, is what helped forge the growth of the flagship store, and ultimately the brand.
